These are pictures of items I actually bought and received recently.  They are all authentic, but "not as described".  Again, what's "EXCELLENT CONDITION" or "GENTLY USED" may be "USED TO DEATH" by YOUR definition.  I thought I knew the right questions to ask, but when the seller says "No, there's no scuffing, in a good condition", what am I to expect?  Click on thumb nails to view larger pictures in a new browser.

Item: Amazone in a discontinued size.  Seller's description is "EXCELLENT condition, NO need for reconditioning", and email also said "NO scuffing".  This seller totally refused to take it back.  Her reason:  I (Buyer) didn't ask about the condition of the pocket lining, etc., as if it was MY responsibility to find blemishes on the purse which I've never seen in person in my life!  She also says her "friend in a Vuitton Shop" says this is from the 70's, despite the fact the date code "844" is clearly stamped inside and the zipper pulls are "LV" instead of "Eclair" (I won't get into details).  She now accuses me of having a "buyer's remorse".  There's more to the story, but these pictures should be enough.  Stupid me, I gave her positive feedback upon arrival to praise her excellent packing (it was indeed excellent), which she insists is the indication that I'm satisfied with the purchase.

This is "no scuffs, just needs polishing?"  Pretty beat-up to me. This is what happens to the pocket lining when stored incorrectly, or if kept in hot & humid areas without use.

Item: Danube in a discontinued size.  Seller's description of the inside lining is "EXCELLENT condition".  You tell me if this is EXCELLENT.  Later the Seller swears up & down it was purchased as Saks just a year and half ago.  HELLO?  This size has been discontinued for about 7 years!  Since when Saks started selling USED VUITTON?

Sorry, this Danube was manufactured over a decade ago. Ink stains inside. Other corner of inside. Strap is about to break off!

Item: Another Danube in a current size.  Seller's description is "No cracks or tears, in a VERY GOOD CONDITION".  She took it back for a refund of the bid amount, but shipping both ways to CANADA plus BIDPAY cost me nearly $40.  Why is the buyer responsible for what the seller totally overlooked and neglected???  She wanted ZERO money out of her pocket for her mistakes.
